What is Skywind?
Skywind is a non-commercial, fan made modification for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that seeks to merge the amazing world of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind with the enhanced graphics and capabilities of Skyrim's engine.
Skywind is a remastering of Morrowind (2002) in the Skyrim game engine (2011).[9] The original game developers, Bethesda Softworks, have given project volunteers their approval.[1] All original game assets, including textures, music, quests and gameplay, are being redesigned.[10] The remastering team involves over 70 volunteers in artist, composer, designer, developer and voice acting roles, who released several videos highlighting their development progress.

Auditioning
Morrowind has thousands of characters and so Skywind has hundreds of roles to fill. How to win at craps video. Rather than take auditions for each individual role, Voice Actors will audition for a race and gender---if you are accepted, you will then be assigned roles of that race and gender that we think fit your voice. Be sure to read the full vocal description for each race. We also highly recommend you join our Discord server to get feedback on your audition prior to submitting it here.

Deadline
The 'deadline' listed on CCC is not a permanent halt for submissions, it is merely a site requirement. The casting directors listen through auditions every few weeks or so. Successful auditionees will be notified via PM, with further instructions. Roles will not be 'closed' off, they remain open as these are not audition lines for specific characters - there are multiple characters for each race. Voice actors are assigned characters based on what we see best fits their voice and other vocal ability.
The deadline will reopen once that batch of auditions gets their hearing. A new deadline will be set thereafter, to gather new auditions for the next hearing.
Already Auditioned?
Whether you auditioned before on our website, were unsuccessful at an earlier deadline here on CCC, or are already a voice actor for us but would like to show us what you got for a race you weren't assigned - You have the opportunity to send in a new audition after every new deadline!
Vocal Direction
The descriptions provided with the character races are there for a significant reason!
For anyone unfamiliar with Skywind - we are aiming for specific voice types and accents for our races. Our Dunmer are like Morrowind's Dunmer, our Nords are inspired by old Norse etc. Do not skip the descriptions as they provide important information as well as hints towards the right direction.
Skywind is known for its quality of work and high standards - our voice acting department is no exception!
